This coffee is produced by two neighboring farms in the Valle Paurán, located in the Huancayo region of Peru, an area that is remote and relatively unknown for coffee production. With incredibly high mountains in the area, this coffee is produced at the lower altitudes of the farms, which is still at 2200masl. Growing Typica trees offers high risk from realistically low yields, but with exceptionally high reward, offering a wonderfully unique flavor profile, with bright stone fruit flavors and delicate floral notes.
